Role Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Intern who can manage and coordinate both seller operations (home chefs/partners) and customer operations (meal plan subscribers). If you’re someone who loves solving problems, coordinating between teams, and making things run smoothly – this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Seller Operations

• Coordinate with home chefs/sellers for daily meal menus and order fulfillment.
• Ensure packaging, quality, and delivery timelines are met.
• Resolve any operational issues between HOMEATZ and sellers.
• Maintain seller performance data and feedback reports.

Customer Operations

• Assist customers with their orders, subscriptions, and plan modifications.
• Track deliveries and resolve complaints quickly.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collect feedback to improve meal quality and service.

General Operations

• Daily order tracking and reporting.
• Support logistics coordination with delivery partners.
• Maintain operational records and dashboards.

• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment.
