HOMEATZ is Bhubaneswar’s first subscription-based healthy home meal delivery platform. We’ve already delivered 45,000+ meals and are growing every day with the mission to provide fresh, hygienic, preservative-free food to everyone who values health and taste.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Intern who can manage and coordinate both seller operations (home chefs/partners) and customer operations (meal plan subscribers). If you’re someone who loves solving problems, coordinating between teams, and making things run smoothly – this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Seller Operations
- Coordinate with home chefs/sellers for daily meal menus and order fulfillment.
- Ensure packaging, quality, and delivery timelines are met.
- Resolve any operational issues between HOMEATZ and sellers.
- Maintain seller performance data and feedback reports.
Customer Operations
- Assist customers with their orders, subscriptions, and plan modifications.
- Track deliveries and resolve complaints quickly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collect feedback to improve meal quality and service.
General Operations
- Daily order tracking and reporting.
- Support logistics coordination with delivery partners.
- Maintain operational records and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Strong communication & coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (preferred).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment.
