HOMEATZ Delivery Partner Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the HOMEATZ Delivery Partner Program. As a delivery partner, you play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive fresh, home-cooked meals in a timely and professional manner. These terms and conditions govern your relationship with HOMEATZ and outline your rights, responsibilities, and obligations.

By signing up or using the HOMEATZ platform as a delivery partner, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.


1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Eligibility: To become a delivery partner with HOMEATZ, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, have access to a vehicle (bike, scooter, or car) in good working condition, and have a smartphone with internet access.

1.2 Registration: You must complete the registration process on the HOMEATZ website or app, providing accurate information including your name, contact details, address, bank account information for payments, and any other required documentation (e.g., identity proof, driving license, vehicle insurance).

1.3 Background Check: By registering, you consent to a background check, which may include verification of your driving record and criminal history.

2. Delivery Responsibilities

2.1 Timely Deliveries: You agree to deliver meals to customers in a timely manner as per the estimated delivery time provided by the HOMEATZ platform. Delays or repeated late deliveries may result in penalties or termination of your partnership.

2.2 Careful Handling: You are responsible for handling all food packages with care to ensure that the quality and presentation of the meals are maintained during delivery. Damaged or mishandled packages will result in deductions or non-payment.

2.3 Customer Interaction: You must maintain a professional and polite demeanor when interacting with customers. Any complaints of misconduct or unprofessional behavior may result in suspension or termination from the platform.

3. Compensation and Payment

3.1 Payment Structure: You will receive a delivery fee for each successful delivery, which will be outlined in the partner dashboard. This fee may include a base rate per delivery, distance-based payment, or any promotional incentives offered by HOMEATZ.

3.2 Payment Cycle: Payments will be made on a weekly basis to your registered bank account, subject to the completion of a minimum threshold amount as specified by HOMEATZ.

3.3 Deductions and Penalties: HOMEATZ reserves the right to deduct any fees or penalties from your payment in cases of failed deliveries, complaints, damages, or violations of these terms.

4. Partner Conduct and Compliance

4.1 Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including traffic laws, food safety regulations, and local delivery rules.

4.2 No Unauthorized Substitution: You may not transfer your delivery rights or assign deliveries to any third party without the prior consent of HOMEATZ.

4.3 Confidentiality: You agree to keep all information obtained through the HOMEATZ platform, including customer details and delivery information, strictly confidential.

5. Termination and Suspension

5.1 Termination by HOMEATZ: HOMEATZ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, poor performance, customer complaints, or fraudulent activities.

5.2 Termination by Partner: You may terminate your partnership with HOMEATZ at any time by providing a 7-day notice through the partner dashboard or by contacting our support team.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limited Liability: HOMEATZ is not liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses incurred by you during the course of your deliveries. You are solely responsible for your safety and that of your vehicle.

6.2 Insurance Requirements: You are required to have valid insurance coverage for your vehicle and yourself, as mandated by local laws. HOMEATZ is not responsible for any costs or liabilities arising from accidents or damages.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Modification of Terms: HOMEATZ reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the partner dashboard. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of Govt of India, whose decision shall be final and binding.
